Warchest budgets are organized by:
- Departments — broad categories like Admin, Field, Salaries, or Finance

 - Line Items — specific expenses under each department (e.g. Office Rent, Healthcare)
 

Once you've added your departments and line items
- Add projections for each expense by date

 - Click on a date to move projections within the month

 - Split projections across multiple days (e.g. salary on the 15th and 30th
 

- Set monthly recurring projections for ongoing costs
