API Connections

Automatically ingest transactions into Warchest Compliance using API connections. Don't see the platform you want connected? Let us know!

ACTBLUE API

  1. Open a tab at https://send.mywarchest.com/.
  2. Open a second tab and log into ActBlue for your committee.
  3. On the left menu, go to Admin/Settings >> API Credentials.

You must have a standard ActBlue account and Admin permissions. Raise by ActBlue does not have an API option.

  1. When you generate a credential you’ll receive two values: a client UUID and a client secret (may be called API secret). We need both values.

Do NOT email us this information.

Instead:

  1. Go back to https://send.mywarchest.com/.
  2. Copy and paste both the UUID and client secret into the Secret content box.
  3. Require and set a Passphrase you’ll easily remember.
  4. Create Link.
  5. LAST STEP! Email compliance@mywarchest.com with (1) the Secret Link you just created and (2) your Passphrase.
