# Export CSVs from Other Platforms

## Use the instructions below to export CSVs from NGP VAN and ActBlue, then import your data into Warchest Compliance.

**Export from NGP VAN**

**Disbursement Report**

1. 1. **Contact Records: All Contacts.**
     2. **Date Issued:** *Committee registration date to today’s date.* (Example: 1/1/2025 - 8/1/2026.)
     3. **Amount** from: 0.01
     4. **Apply** the above filters, then “Run Report.”
2. Then \>\> **Edit Columns**
3. Choose **“Select All”** under **“All Columns”** (not under “Accounting Information”)

Remember to hit **Apply**!

Click **“Export As” Excel** (.csv).

 

**Contribution Report**

1. **Report Manager \>\>** **Contribution Report**.
2. **Apply Filters:**
3. Then \>\>**Edit Columns**
4. Choose **“Select All”** under **“All Columns”** (*not* under “Accounting Information”)

Remember to hit **Apply**!

Click **“Export As” Excel** (.csv).

 

**Export Contributions from ActBlue (no API connection)**

ActBlue will notify you when your CSV download is ready. Then visit the Imports tab in your Warchest Compliance account to import the CSV.
