To find duplicates, there is a find duplicates filter that helps you identify and remove duplicate actuals within your Warchest campaign to ensure data accuracy in your budget for both the Disbursements and Contributions page.
The duplicate filter looks at the following properties to flag duplicates in Disbursements:
- Date
- Amount
- Department
- Line Item
The duplicate filter looks at the following properties to flag duplicates in Contributions:
- Date
- Amount
- Source
- Subcategory
The duplicate filter does not consider optional fields in contributions and disbursements. This can potentially lead to entries which are not actually duplicates being flagged. To remove a flagged duplicate, click the pen-to-paper icon by the disbursement or contribution and then click the red trash icon.
