How do I update my Warchest's account owner?

Warchest allows multiple owners for an account, each with the capability to update or change owner access.

If you are an owner and wish to make changes:

  1. Click on the campaign dropdown in the top right corner.
  2. Select “Manage Users.”
  3. Click the pen to paper icon to edit an existing user’s access level.
  4. Edit access level via the dropdown.
  5. Save changes.

If your account doesn’t have any owners currently assigned, or if you’re experiencing difficulties with the process,  please fill out the support form or email us at support@mywarchest.com.
