I'm having trouble with my Warchest 2-factor

If you receive a “wrong or expired code” message or have no code to enter please look for your 2-factor authentication using an app such as Google Authenticator or Authy. When you first joined Warchest, you were required to set one up before logging in for the first time. Take a moment to scan through the apps on your phone and see if you have one of these or something similar.

If you’re having trouble with the code, changed your phones or removed your authenticator app, you may need a  reset. Simply fill out our support form or email support@mywarchest.com and our team will guide you through the process.

 

Please Note: Two-step verification codes will not be texted to your phone. You must open your authenticator app on your phone in order to retrieve your new code.
